Refund policy
Return & Exchange Policy
• Return Window: Items can be returned within 15 days of delivery.
• Condition: Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and with tags attached.
• Exclusions: Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless received damaged or defective.
• Refund Options: Refunds are processed as bank transfers (for COD orders) or online gift cards if replacements are unavailable.
How to Initiate a Return
• Registered Users: Log in to your Anamcara account → go to Orders → select the order → click View details → raise a return request.
• Guest Users: Go to Check Order page → enter order details → follow prompts to request return.
• A unique Return ID will be generated. Please confirm it with the courier representative during pickup.
Pickup & Packaging
• Complimentary reverse pick-up within India.
• Pickup arranged within 1–2 business days.
• Place a copy of the invoice/order sheet inside the package and highlight returned items.
• Use original packaging if possible; ensure products are securely packed.
Refund Timeline
• Once we receive and pass the quality check, refunds are initiated.
• It may take 5–7 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.
International Orders
• No returns or exchanges available.
• Damaged/defective products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Duties/taxes for return shipments (if any) are the customer’s responsibility. Please contact customer care before sending anything back.
